If you're fluent in English and Spanish (or another language) we'd love to hear from you! As a Bilingual Sales Associate, you'll use your communication skills to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds while launching an exciting career in sales and customer engagement. As a Bilingual Sales Associate, you'll introduce customers to affordable wireless and cellular services, explain available options, and help them choose solutions that fit their everyday needs. Responsibilities

of the Bilingual Sales Associate

• Represent our wireless brand at retail pop-up events, community outreach campaigns, and promotional locations throughout the Concord area.
• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude and create engaging conversations in English, Spanish, or other languages whenever possible.
• Introduce affordable wireless products and services while helping customers understand available plans and current promotions.
• Guide interested customers through the enrollment process while ensuring every interaction is accurate, efficient, and enjoyable.
• Build trust with customers by listening carefully, answering questions, and recommending solutions that fit their individual needs.
• Support the growth of our brand by creating memorable customer experiences that encourage positive word-of-mouth and long-term loyalty.
• Collaborate with fellow Bilingual Sales Associates to execute successful retail events, strengthen brand visibility, and achieve daily goals.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand your product knowledge, communication abilities, and customer engagement skills while growing as a Bilingual Sales Associate.

Qualifications

of the Bilingual Sales Associate

• Fluent in English and Spanish is preferred, although bilingual candidates who speak other languages are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, coffee shops, customer service, or another people-focused role is helpful but not required.
• Enjoy meeting customers from diverse backgrounds and creating welcoming experiences.
