Job description Responsible for assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and achieving individual sales goals while maintaining dealership standards.

• Greet and assist customers in person, online, and by phone.
• Conduct needs assessments and vehicle presentations.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and perform test drives.
• Present pricing and payment options.
• Follow dealership sales process.
• Maintain CRM activities and customer follow-up.
• Generate referrals and repeat business.
• Deliver sold vehicles and explain features.
• Maintain product knowledge on all models and competitors.
• Meet monthly sales, appointment, and CSI goals. Performance Expectations
• Units sold
• Gross profit generated
• Appointment show rate
• Closing percentage
• CSI scores
• CRM compliance
• Customer retention and referrals

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Pass Background and Drug Screening tests

Compensation

: Minimum Hourly Wage against a draw +/ or commission whichever is greater Top Sales Consultants on track to make over $100k a year with commissions
