Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative, where you'll be at the forefront of building strong client relationships and driving sales growth. This energetic role combines responsiveness to customer phone calls and messages, customer support, and account management to ensure our clients receive exceptional service. You'll leverage your expertise in answering phone calls, emails, managing our CRM, generating and emailing estimates for our customers and work orders for our crew. Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and online channels
• Manage customer accounts proactively, ensuring client satisfaction through regular communication and personalized support
• Process estimates and work orders efficiently using order processing tools while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Utilize CRM to track interactions, update client information, and analyze sales data for strategic decision-making
• Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, technical teams, and other departments to deliver comprehensive client solutions
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly by applying strong problem-solving skills and customer service best practices
• Support internal communication efforts by sharing insights on client feedback, market trends, and sales performance Skills
• Proven experience in client services or customer relationship management
• Experience in answering phones, texts, and emails professionally and timely
• Proficiency CRM systems and order processing tools
• Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and writtenwith the ability to build rapport quickly
• Organized and able to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously with efficiency
• Ability to collaborate across teams effectively in a cross-functional environment Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite for reporting, documentation, and presentations and Quickbooks online. Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
