Overview

We are a fast-paced, high-volume dealership seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales floor, drive deal flow, and hit aggressive monthly targets. This is a results-oriented role for someone who thrives in a high- energy environment and knows how to close.

Compensation

- Base pay: $1,000 per week - Commission: $50 per deal closed - Uncapped earning potential the more you sell, the more you make

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed volume targets - Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales floor - Oversee the deal process from initial contact through closing - Track sales metrics, monitor performance, and report on results - Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction - Work with inventory and finance teams to keep deals moving efficiently - Handle escalations and step in to close key deals when needed

Requirements

- Proven experience in automotive sales (dealership experience required) - Prior sales management or team leadership experience strongly preferred - Track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals in a high-volume setting - Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills - Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple deals at once - Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $1,000.00 per week Work Location: In person
