Key Responsibilities

of the Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist

• Be the face of our brandconnect with new customers, spark interest in our products, and schedule exciting in-home design consultations
• Bring the energy! Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers
• Partner with our retail accounts: Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's Warehouse
• Additional duties as assigned

Compensation

: $22.00/hr. plus uncapped bonus potential. Top performers earn $40.00 + an hour.

Requirements

• Periodic travel to the Salem/Willamette Valley region may be required.
• Must be outgoing and willing to approach customers at events and in a retail setting.
• Must be prepared to memorize a script and provide presentations to generate leads.
