Job Description

: As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Colonial VW Westborough, you will play a pivotal role in helping our customers find their dream vehicles. We are seeking motivated and hard-working individuals who are looking to be part of a close-knit sales team and committed to providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate the unique selling points of each vehicle.
• Work with customers to identify the best financing and leasing options.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

:

• Previous sales experience is required. Automotive sales is a big plus, however we will train the right individual.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
• A passion for automobiles and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory.
