Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inhouse Sales Representative with a valid real estate license to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise within the real estate sector, engaging with clients and managing property transactions in a fast- paced environment. Your passion for real estate, combined with excellent communication skills, will help drive success and growth for our organization.

Duties

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, providing expert guidance throughout their journey
• Negotiate offers and terms effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with client goals and industry standards
• Utilize sales technology tools to track leads, manage client relationships, and streamline sales processes
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay informed about current industry trends, property values, and competitive offerings
• Promote available properties through targeted marketing strategies, including digital campaigns and client outreach
• Facilitate deal closing by coordinating inspections, appraisals, legal documentation, and negotiations in compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law
• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining clear communication, managing administrative tasks efficiently, and supporting clients from initial contact through post-sale follow-up

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license is required; previous practicing experience in real estate sales is highly preferred
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals successfully
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Familiarity with sales technology adoption and real estate administrative tools
• Knowledge of property management practices, market analysis techniques, and industry trends
• Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and legal aspects of real estate transactions
• Exceptional organizational skills with experience in managing real estate teams or individual client portfolios
