We are expanding and are now accepting resumes for our Full-Time Membership Sales & Admin Coordinator position. This role is equal parts sales, operations, and customer experience, and the right candidate will take ownership of all three. In this role, you will: Sales & Enrollment

• Own the membership sales process from first contact to enrollment, converting walk-ins and marketing leads into new martial arts, after school, and summer camp members
• Conduct in-person tours of our facility, confidently presenting our programs to prospective students, parents, and families
• Follow up with prospects via phone, SMS, and email to nurture leads and drive enrollment Administrative & Operations
• Manage and maintain customer accounts and communications using GoHighLevel and Spark Membership Software
• Handle all inbound and outbound calls, emails, SMS, and social media messages in a timely and professional manner
• Create and schedule engaging content across Meta, Google, and other platforms to support marketing efforts
• Manage day-to-day office operations including supply ordering, facility coordination, and document management using Microsoft Office and Google Drive
• Attend weekly staff trainings and actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must have reliable personal transportation
• Must have a personal laptop computer
• Must be coachable, self-motivated, and eager to grow
