Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Furniture Sales Associate to join our team

Qualifications

: Important - Please read

• Previous experience furniture sales environment is preferred but not required. need to at least know furniture items names (nightstand, sofa, loveseat..etc)
• respond to messages and ads on facebook / instagram / shopify store ( will increse personal sales - free leads other then walk ins )
• maintain clean workspace and self hygene
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on phone etiquette as well.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• A willingness to learn about products and engage customers through effective product demos.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations to promote new items and enhance customer knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
