We're looking for a Verizon Sales Assistant who's excited to work with people, learn valuable sales skills, and grow into bigger opportunities. As a Verizon Sales Assistant , you'll be part of a supportive team that works directly with customers throughout the community. You'll introduce Verizon's products and services, assist with account enrollments, and help create a smooth, positive customer experience from start to finish. Whether you're starting your first career or looking for a new opportunity, we'll provide the training and mentorship you need to succeed. What you'll be doing as a Verizon Sales Assistant:

• Represent Verizon while meeting with residential customers throughout California and the surrounding North Los Angeles area.
• Start conversations, answer questions, and recommend wireless, internet, and home connectivity solutions based on each customer's needs.
• Assist customers through account setup, service enrollments, and activations.
• Work alongside experienced team members to reach daily and weekly performance goals.
• Learn Verizon's products, promotions, and technology through ongoing training.

Qualifications

for the Verizon Sales Assistant:

• You enjoy meeting new people and can turn a conversation into a positive customer experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and explain information clearly.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative without constant supervision.
• Able to stay organized, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus, but not required, we'll teach you everything you need to succeed.
