What You'll Do

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls to current and prospective clients
• Assist customers with insurance inquiries, policy information, and coverage options
• Schedule appointments and follow up on leads
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
• Provide outstanding customer service while meeting performance goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience
• Stay informed on company products, services, and industry updates What We're Looking For
