Overview

: We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Counter Associate & Range Safety Officer. This dual-role position involves assisting customers with retail purchases, handling firearm and accessory sales, and ensuring the highest safety standards on the range.

Key Responsibilities

: Sales & Customer Service

• Greet customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Assist with firearm, ammunition, and accessory sales
• Process transactions accurately using our POS system
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer product questions
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, organized, and displayed attractively
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local firearms laws and company policies Range Operations & Safety
• Monitor range activities to ensure all shooters follow safety protocols
• Conduct safety briefings and range orientations for new customers
• Inspect firearms and ammunition for range suitability and compliance
• Respond promptly to safety violations or emergencies
• Clean and maintain range facilities and equipment
• Assist with scheduling and managing lane reservations

Qualifications

:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Prior experience in retail sales, firearms handling, or range operations preferred
• Strong knowledge of firearms safety practices and relevant laws (training available)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Schedule &

• Full-time or part-time positions available
• Must be available for evenings and weekends
